materials of cosmetic packaging bottles should be non-toxic and safe.
1. Cosmetic packaging bottles (including plastic bottles and glass bottles)
(1) The
bottle body is complete, stable and straight, smooth, basically uniform in
thickness, free of cold bursts, cracks, and no obvious scars or deformation.
(2) The
bottle mouth is straight and smooth, without burrs (burrs), and the thread and
other matching structures are intact and straight.
(3) The
inside and outside of the bottle are clean.
(4) The
bottle and cap are tightly matched without slipping teeth, loosening and
leakage.
2. Cover
(including outer cover, inner cover (plug, pad))
(1)
Inner cover
①Complete, smooth, no
deformation, clean, no dust, oil, etc.
②It fits well with
the bottle and outer cap, and should not be leaked.
(2)
Outer cover
①Correct, smooth, no
broken, cracked, burr (burr) and burst phenomenon, uniform color, no color
migration, consistent with the standard sample.
②The thread and other
matching structures are intact.
③The ones with
anodized aluminum or bronzing should be uniform and complete, and the color and
luster should be consistent with the standard sample.
④ Flip-type outer
cover can be turned up flexibly.
⑤The cap and the
bottle are tightly matched, and there is no slippage, looseness, leakage, etc.
3. Bags
(including paper bags, plastic bags, composite bags)
(1)
There should be no wrinkles, scratches, air bubbles, and the color is
consistent with the standard sample.
(2) The
seal must be firm and correct, and there must be no openings, perforations,
leakage of paste (liquid), etc.
(3) The
composite bag is firm and evenly coated.
4. Hose
(1) The
tube body is smooth, tidy, uniform in thickness, without obvious scratches, and
the color is consistent with the standard sample.
(2) The
seal must be firm, without openings, wrinkles, etc.
(3) The
cover should meet the requirements of 2.2.
5. Box
(including cartons, plastic boxes, iron boxes)
(1) The
surface of the box is smooth and straight, without obvious scratches and burrs
(burrs), and the color is uniform, consistent with the standard sample.
(2) The
opening tightness is appropriate and meets the 3.2 test requirements.
(3) The
mirror surface and the contents in the box are firmly bonded to the box, and
the mirror image is good. There are no scratches and damages on the bottom.
6. Spray
cans
(1) The
tank body is flat, no rust spots, smooth welding seams, no obvious scratches on
the main parts, and uniform color, which is consistent with the standard
sample.
(2) The
roll mouth is smooth and free of cracks and deformation.
(3) The
cover should meet the requirements.
7. Ingot
tube (including lipstick tube and foundation tube)
(1) The
tube body is straight and smooth, without obvious scratches, and the color is
uniform, consistent with the standard sample.
(2) The
tube body is suitable for tightness, and the paste should be screwed out or
pushed out normally.
8.
Trademarks, manuals, box header stickers and certificates of conformity
(1)
Printed trademarks should have correct patterns, distinct colors, and clear and
firm writing.
(2) The
trademark must be firmly pasted, and must not be skewed, missed, inverted, or
wrongly pasted. After being pasted, the corners and edges will not be warped.
(3) The
printing pattern of the manual is clean and the handwriting is clear.
(4) The
writing and pattern are clearly printed on the box head (sticker).
(5) The
printed handwriting and pattern of the certificate are clear, and there are
signs such as the name of the factory and the code of the inspector.
9. Other
(1) Pump
spray cans should meet the corresponding requirements in 6.1-3.
(2) Mark
the shelf life of the product. If the quality of the product does not cause
problems for more than three years, it is not necessary to mark it.
(3) The
implemented standard number should be marked on the product or its manual and
packaging.
